Martha Alter Hines

Martha Alter Hines, MSW, spent two decades as a clinical social worker, psychotherapist and body worker before a profound spiritual experience in 2018 redirected her path. She left her clinical career to work openly as a channel and healer, and now guides people through the same territory from both sides of the map at once.

That double training is what makes her unusual. Most channels have no clinical background, and most trauma therapists have no framework for the spiritual. Martha holds both, so a session with her can move between nervous-system regulation and evolutionary astrology without either one being treated as less real. She studied Evolutionary Astrology primarily with Ari Moshe Wolfe and Heather Ensworth, and reads a chart as a map of the soul’s intention rather than a forecast.

She teaches and publishes through Living the One Light, where her work centres on a simple premise: that people are held — by the Earth, by the cosmos, by the divine, and by each other — far more completely than they realise, and that remembering this is itself the healing.
